Gratitude Challenge
Acknowledging the good that you already have in your life is the foundation for all abundance - Eckhart Tolle
Fall is a great season to focus on gratitude, aside from just Thanksgiving Day. Although 2020 has had tons of challenges, we still have a lot to be thankful for that we sometimes overlook. With this in mind, I'm challenging all of us (me included) to jot down at least 1 thing you're thankful for everyday, starting today through the end of the year. That should end up being at least 86 things, but of course more is encouraged. I've set a daily alarm on my phone, so I don't forget to do this, and I encourage you to do the same. As you get in the groove of things, you’ll likely end up having several things you write everyday.
The hope is that this simple, yet meaningful practice helps us keep life in perspective and causes us to be more mindful of the good we've been blessed with and embody. I’ve done this practice before, but didn’t remain consistent. However, I’m in a personal space where I’m really working hard on mindset, so I am going to stick to it this go round. I’ve been consistent with this daily practice since October 1st, and although it’s only been a few days, I’ve already seen a personal shift. I'll check in with you guys next month to see how it's going, and will share some reminders on social, too. I also created a freebie for you too that you can use as your personal gratitude journal. I would highly recommend posting the sheets up around your workspace or somewhere where you’ll see them everyday to stay motivated.
Share 1 thing below that you’re thankful for. Here's to gratitude!
