Tasty Tuscan Chicken Pasta: A Delicious New Twist on Pasta Night
My family loves a good pasta dish, so I enjoy experimenting with new variations on Italian and chicken pasta recipes. This Tuscan chicken pasta is a delicious new twist that might quickly become a favorite.
Typically, I'd use chicken tenderloins for a pasta like this, but this time I decided to go with full chicken breasts instead. Ingredients:
- Chicken breasts (1 per person)
- 1 bag fresh spinach
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- Heavy cream
- Freshly grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Tabitha Brown x McCormick Sunshine Seasoning
- Kinder's Chicken Seasoning
- Extra wide egg noodles
Instructions:
1. Wash the chicken breasts and season them generously with Kinder's Chicken Seasoning.
2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Cook the chicken all the way through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
3. While the chicken is cooking, bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the extra wide egg noodles per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
4. In the same skillet used for the chicken, sauté the cherry tomatoes and fresh spinach for 2-3 minutes until the spinach is wilted.
5. Add the cooked chicken back to the pan with the tomatoes and spinach. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine.
