In episode 2, we're talking about the importance of mentorship and accountability. What better guest to discuss this with than my own accountability partner, fashion designer Kai Petty, who is the owner of contemporary bridal brand, Fifth & Welshire.

 Kai was inspired by her own family history and memories to launch Fifth & Welshire – a tribute to her mother and grandfather, who taught Kai how to create bespoke pieces for each of her special life events, including her own wedding. The gift of being able to design and wear pieces that allowed her to embrace her own identity and personal style is a gift that Kai never took for granted. With generations of inherited family lessons, Kai created Fifth & Welshire to share this gift with other women and transcend bridal norms.
